Deluxe Apartment in BenalBeach with Water Park

The reception staff at this complex were super unhelpful apart from one older gentleman who checked us in the night we arrived. We had a couple of issues while we were there the washing machine broke with our clothes stuck inside. When I approached reception after quing for 20 mins the man was very rude and dismissive and before I could finish explaining told me I had to contact the owner. Once I did get through to them Lidia was very helpful and got someone round straight away. I would say bypass reception and contact the owner straight away. The contact info gives a number for emergencies but I would use that first. When we came to leave our check out was 10am and our flight not until 6pm. I asked if we could leave our bags anywhere and again met with a rude lady on reception who said the bag room was closed today. I asked if we could leave them in a corner of the reception and was met with a dismissive no and rude expression despite there being other luggage unattended.. We are now in a coffee shop with 2 cases and other travel luggage to carry around all day. Make sure you make arrangements if you have a later flight.
