Its very outdated and not mainained well. The bed sheets were stained and with the worst material, polyester which is not convinient for a hot place like Seville! The holder of the shower head was broken and you are supposed to hold it while showering. The sink is way too small and there is no storage in the bathroom to put your toileteries you need to use the sink which is not enough at all. There was humidity in the whole apartment and the air was super heavy and not fresh, not to mention that you couldn't open the windows and ventilate them. The fan in the bathroom didn't work, which automatically made the situation even worse after you took a shower.The body towels were old and nothing smelled clean and fresh, most likely because of the humidity in question. For this price, they should put in some effort into maintenance and fix the moisture problem.

To be honest, I don’t feel like this is a ‘deluxe’ apartment. I now understand other reviews calling this a ‘cave’. There are barely windows, and the ones that are there are small and high up. It also kind of had an earthy smell in the apartment. We found 2 cockroaches during our stay and I don’t believe we are the first ones either, seeing other reviews. The shower had a big spot of mold on the ceiling and the sink wat pretty small. Overall it didn’t feel too clean, some things felt a little grimey. Also something that would’ve been appreciated is either paper towels or a dish cloth. I think there can be some things done about this apartment to make it better.

There is a room without a ceiling (and roof). It was literally raining inside and the kitchen/living room was full of water in the morning. When we texted the owner about this, he told us he could send someone during the day. After 4 hours I asked him about updates and he was brave enough to say: "we are not an hotel so we don't offer a 24/7 service"...there is literally an room WITHOUT the ceiling and he got nervous for asking some cleanings again after I was waiting already 4hours???

No normal windows, cave like feeling
