“The most stressful time!”

Unfortunately, I didn’t get a chance to stay at this apartment due to really poor communication. On the day of our arrival/check-in I tried to get a hold of the host as we didn’t receive our pass code to enter the apartment but I couldn’t get through. They avoided my messages and calls. I was left without an accommodation so I had to rebook. This meant I not only lost my money for this, but it caused immense stress on my husband and I.

To be improved

Do not book this! The host ignored any communication. If you have any problems, you won’t be able to access them.

“Disappointing”

The best

I really liked the location. It's about 10 mins walk to Setas Seville, the center. The area was not noisy.

To be improved

There are no special views though. The apartment is located in the end of Artemisa street and the only view you can see is the building in front. I struggled with wifi. From the very first day the it was not possible to connect. The company which is taking care of reservations told me several times that they tried to connect with the owner who would help to solve the problem. They didn't solve it during my 5 day stay. So, this issue ruined my plans. Also, there is a wifi problem in Seville as almost all restaurants and cafes didn't have wifi. It's quite hard to find a place with wifi and the issue with connection is super inconvenient for the person who works remotely.

“Overall I preferred staying at my hostel. No wifi, little hot water, bugs. NOISE”

The best

Lock box was super simple. Didn't have to speak with anyone. The location was amazing and it was as I requested a 1 bedroom apartment.

To be improved

The apartment was gross. The wifi didn't work and therefore the TV didn't work. There was no cell service inside of the apartment. There were bugs inside (lots but no bedbugs fortunately). There were moths and flies in the apartment. The air vent made insane dripping noises all night. The hot water did not work.
