Apartment modern, clean, comfortable. Located in the heart of the city, a bit noisy in the night due to the bars and clubs located in the same street but very close to all the points of interest.

To be improved

Many restrictions and conditions linked to the reservation. Before booking, ask the property to inform you about it or where you can read them all. High deposit requested but they returned it in 3 days. (despite by contract, they could have done between 8 and 14 days).

“It was a nightmare”

The best

We spent one night in this apartment and the experience was terrible. Communication with the manager was extremely complicated and unpleasant — he was very rude and unhelpful. The conditions for check-in, especially on weekends, were very difficult and made everything even more stressful. It was raining, and we had to wait all day because we weren’t allowed to check in until late in the evening. It was a hard and disappointing experience. We do not recommend this place.

“Just a scam :(”

Just a scam :( Confirmed room with street view, we got a view of the wall three metres away and a rubbish. Rooms were untidy and dirty on arrival. We had to wait for two hours before the housekeeper arrived. Rooms are dark and stuffy.

“Be prepared for a frustrating and unpleasant experience.”

The location is right in the heart of downtown Malaga, which is great. However, it does come with some drawbacks, such as noise and the smell from nearby restaurants.

To be improved

This was the worst and most disappointing booking experience in all my years of traveling! The apartment is managed by a company that blatantly disrespects its guests. The staff deliberately ignored our requests and made the entire process incredibly stressful. I had to invest a lot of time and effort just to arrange the key handover. When I tried to transfer the deposit, my bank flagged their account as suspicious and refused the transaction — likely due to multiple past disputes regarding deposit refunds. The staff are deceitful and untrustworthy. When we finally arrived at the apartment, it had a horrible stench, as if the previous guests had been drinking alcohol there for an entire week. Right in front of us, the cleaner took out a huge bag full of empty bottles. Although the apartment had clearly been cleaned, the terrible smell lingered for two full days.
