Undisclosed security deposit of more than the one night stay. Despite “free cancellation” on booking.com, couldn’t cancel without a 150€ cancellation fee. Went ahead with reservation, then they required 589€ security deposit before they would give us access to the property. Said parking available with reservation, no parking, just referral to two public lots. Now I am struggling to get my security deposit back, they say it can be up to 2 weeks.

The central location was fab, it was comfortable, the balconies were great and it was nicely furnished. An extremely good property and I can highly recommend. Air con worked like a treat too ☺️

To be improved

It was quite tight in the bathroom but that was a tiny inconvenience! In addition to payment though, you do have to pay a 300£ deposit which I am sure I will get back/reimbursed as we left it in perfect condition, but this is annoying now to wait for - I’m hoping this is Immediate as our payment to them was before we got into the flat.
