The previous guest seemed not to keep their checkout time, go out with the room key and leave their luggage in the room even after our checkin time. So, we had to wait for their coming back at that night though we have two little kids. A clening lady did her best to resolve the situation and the next morning, the owner came to apologize us in person with small gift.

This is a really nice and well kept bungalow in a quiet neighborhood and a nice bungalow complex. We got very detailed instructions from Raquel, and getting into the apartment was super easy. The pool area is just behind the garden wall. We were unlucky with the weather and did not get to enjoy the pool that much (it's not heated), but I'm sure it would have been great on a bit warmer week. The location is also very convenient: you need a car to get around, but there are shops within a short drive, a restaurant just next door, lots of parking spaces, and the Holiday World center is just a short walk away (we enjoyed a fun night there with the kids). The location worked for us as we did not want to be locked to one beach but drove around in Maspalomas and along the coast. The bungalow is very cozy, compact but has everything you need. It was perfect for our stay! I loved the big arched windows that let in so much light and give the place a special character. And the patio was also great and perfect to have a breakfast or to chill in the afternoon. Great stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this bungalow in a quiet area of Maspalomas. The bungalow is in a well-maintained, secure complex, with a large, off-street communal parking lot (plenty of parking spaces). The bungalow was immaculate, with comfortable beds, good linens and extra blankets. Its interior space is surprisingly well-designed to maximize the available space and light (love those picture windows!) and the outside space provided us with full afternoon sun in the private garden and shade on the terrace. Most windows have the added benefit of screens, allowing them to be open without worry of insects. WIFI worked well. Finally, high praise to the property manager, Raquel, who provided exceptional customer service. She was always available on WhatsApp for any questions and responded quickly in fluent English to our queries. We would definitely stay here again.
