“For this cost I expected a bit better experience.”

The best

perfect localization , very close to Plaza del Sol and Plaza Mayor Ideal for visiting whole center. Spacious modern ( looking very new and fresh) apartment with 2 nice badrooms ( comfortable large bads) separated from the rest with glass walls. Well equiped kitchen for those who like to cook during vacations. Even if there is no reception and you need register and help yourself at the aprtment but any time ( even at night) you could call the help desk and they have been always very helpful and ready to send staff very quickly.

To be improved

Building itself quite old and unfortunately during our stay under renovation outside (although no work going on). Whole building copletely covered by construction elements and semitransparent matarial including the only one big window in the apartment ( with the view on Plaza de Jacinto Benavente) The apartment is located on 2nd floor above big bar/restuarant with tables outside just under your window. Really very noisy since the morning ( setting up for opening at 7.30) till 1-2 am). However honestly in the very center of Madrid it is probably normal. Nice but very small bathroom. Larger person will have serious problem. We needed once induction cooking panel in the kitchen but didn't work. For this cost I expected probably better experience however I know Madrit isn't cheap anyway.
