Location, pool & facilities were excellent. Sun terrace catches the sun most of day.

To be improved

Double bed was too soft but it is our preference to have a firm mattress. Kitchen cupboards can shut very loudly (especially the cupboard under sink) - maybe some small rubber bumpers would rectify this. Downstairs shower is good but it can flood as it does not drain quickly enough.

Building works on 3 sides of the property why wasn’t I informed about this before I paid for it ? Big hole in lower hall ceiling stuffed with paper or something I have photos cabinet in bathroom needs replacing also have photos water marks on ceiling plaster falling off also have photos

“A great location in El Cotillo with a really nice terrace.”

A lovely apartment in a great location close to both the beach & the village centre. A great terrace & very comfortable rooms. Plenty of towels & blankets & a good shower. Two minutes from the beach for early morning swims & also close to the best bakery.

To be improved

A bottle of water on arrival would be a nice touch for those arriving late at night. Not the fault of the apartment but building work ongoing on 3 sides of the property & also in an adjacent apartment. It didn’t disturb us a huge amount but something to be mindful of.

“Excellent location and everything we needed”

The best

Location is perfect. Near the child friendly beach and walking distance into Cotillo. We had everything we needed for cooking-unlike other reviews. We have stayed several times in Cotillo and this is our favourite and we will certainly book again.

To be improved

The stairs are a little precarious especially with a crawling baby and toddler.
