Very friendly and respectful staff. Great location - everything within a walking distance - even though is in the center it was perfectly quiet so I could also get proper rest. Breakfast is also ok

Hotel is not staffed at night. They give you an emergency number but that makes it seem more like a hostel than a hotel. ..and whilst staff are mostly very polite, they sometimes go about their business without thinking of guests e.g. loud loading/unloading dishwasher at breakfast!! No towels replaced in our room. They respond to any requests made politely and all problems are solved but perhaps could be a touch more guest-sensitive.

The best

Very nice hotel in a central location in Santiago! Very nice facilities and accommodation. Clean and comfortable with a nice breakfast too! The personnel is very kind and friendly and speak very good English. The windows in the rooms have rolling shutters, which allows it to make it really dark inside the rooms.

To be improved

The rooms were not really noise proof. There was a lot of noise on the hall that was very loud inside the room as well.

The best

Excellent location, on a quiet street, only about 3-4 minutes from the Cathedral. Very clean. Very friendly and helpful staff.

To be improved

The ensuite door was a sliding frosted-glass door. I'd like a little more privacy when sharing with a friend.
