A wonderful place for a family vacation. The apartment is located in the heart of the city, yet on a small street with no car traffic, so it's very quiet. We slept with the windows open and had no issues. All windows have mosquito nets, so there's no worry about insects getting into the apartment. Additionally, the windows are equipped with thick blinds that block out all outside light, so if you want to sleep until noon, it's definitely possible here. The apartment is cozy, clean, and equipped with absolutely everything you need for your trip, including a fully equipped kitchen and a small charming balcony where you can enjoy breakfast, for example. A big plus is also the laundry room with a washer and dryer, located on a beautiful rooftop with a view of the city. This rooftop is also an ideal place to hang out in the evenings. We didn't even need to use the dryer because with this beautiful weather, everything dried quickly when hung on the lines. Another thing worth praising is how efficiently the rental is organized. There is constant communication with the apartment owner, who responds immediately and is very courteous and helpful. Additionally, the rental process is superbly organized and efficient. To enter the building, you need a mobile app that opens the door, and to enter the apartment, you need a code that unlocks the door. The codes are changed for each new tenant, so there's no risk of someone entering your apartment. I definitely recommend this apartment. It's hard to find something better at this price.

- the apartment was very clean, comfortable, and nice, - great contact with the owner, he replied quickly, asked if we needed anything more, a huge plus, - the tenement is quiet and peaceful while located in the center of Alicante, the area is safe, a few to fifteen minutes walk to the sea, the castle, etc., - there are numerous shops, restaurants, cafes in the neighborhood, - there is also a large free parking lot for the car nearby (you should check if you can leave the car because it is temporarily closed and you can get a 100 euro fine), it's hard to park on the street but you can find something after a few minutes, - reasonable price compared to other apartments, - overall, I sincerely recommend.
