Location was fantastic. In old town and all sightseeing in walking distance We did not take any public or private transport except for airport and arrival with luggage’s. The owner is very nice person. He was very responsive and came to house for getting the key since I forgot to get registered and get the code of key box. He showed us the place and all you need is prepared in written in table. To have a duplex was nice since if one is not sleeping, do not disturb the one sleeping. We do recommend this place and will stay there if come back to Seville Thanks

Plus: - Excellent, clean apartment in nice neighbourhood - Short walk to historic center and to other attractive 'barrio', Macarena. Also, do not forget to visit 'barrio' Triana, just across the Guadalquivir river - Nicely equipped kitchen - Great (upstairs) bedroom with excellent bed and direct access to perfect terrace. Nice bonus - Very easy communication with host Remarks (no criticism): - The (downstairs) living room is rather functional. Excellent to have a drink or a bite; but less inviting to spend a whole day or evening - Price is ok (slightly high) Overall: Highly recommended

Clean, spacious and perfect for a short stay in Seville! The landlord was super helpful and the location was perfect walking distance to most of the attractions! Supermarket and a nice cafe within minutes nearby!
