Great location, cosy great for a solo traveller or couple Great facilities

Only issue was with the amount of hot water, so shower had to be speedy!

Location. Cute apartment newly refurbished. Comfortable bed. It was quiet at night. Good value for money.

To be improved

The building where the apartment is has a bad reputation. I must say that I didn't observed any thing out of the ordinary. The building is run down and it does not look nice, but it seems to be safe. They don't have available storage to leave your luggage if you have some hours to spend before going to the airport.

“Perfect design flat to relax and very good value for money”
The best

The apartment is in a very good location, near to restaurants, supermarket, gym, yumbo at 5 minutes walks and bus station for las Palmas , Puerto Rico and airport just downstairs. The apartment has just been renovated, I really loved the design very stylish and relaxing. The bed is really comfortable. There is a nespresso machine and all the tools for cooking. The big windows to the pool and the sea can be seen at the horizon.

To be improved

They were almost finish to repaint the walls of the building
