• Like other guests have mentioned in the comments, we requested to store our luggage after check-out and received no response. This was a big downside, especially considering that the check-out time is one hour earlier than the standard in most places. • The Wi-Fi information provided was incorrect, so we were unable to connect at all. Overall, I missed the direct and personal interaction that usually comes with staying at a place like this—having someone to ask for help, order a taxi, or get local recommendations. This might have been improved with more attentive or accessible communication, which could have made the experience feel more welcoming and supportive.

The only reason I have marked down slightly is because the internet connection didn't work. We were able to connect to one of the other apartments in the building after we contacted the host but the connection was very weak/slow.

No wifi

Beds are low to the ground and pillows are not very comfortable (although that is a matter of personal taste). It would also benefit from a dining table of some sort. And a microwave would be good. The next comment is not a criticism, rather an observation for those looking at staying here. We think the decor is kinda fun, but it’s also pretty quirky - a bit of a love-nest boudoir feel with mood lights, alligator print wallpaper, fluffy bed stands and a nude photo on the wall. It’s not everyone’s idea of good taste, but we quite liked it anyway. Like I said, it’s fun and you can see what it’s like from the photos, so it should come as no surprise. So if you’d be bothered by that kind of vibe, maybe it’s not for you. We booked it because it was quite original and different and it’s in a top location. Oh, and be warned that there’s a music school across the alleyway with students practicing piano. We liked it but others might not. But the sound proofing is good when the windows are closed.
