“Fabulous apartment! Great location! Highly recommend!”

The best

The property is fabulous! Modern, very clean and tidy in a quiet, safe neighbourhood and very accessible to the metro and grocery stores! The photos were more than accurate in depicting how great the property is! Very spacious and all necessary amenities available! The property was more than we expected! Would definitely rebook and highly recommend! If you’re a football fan, it’s very close to Bernabeau stadium!

To be improved

It was our first time in a property having automatic key locks so getting in when we arrived was an issue. Perhaps a clearer set of instructions on how to use the PIN and unlock the door would be of great help. The hosts had a Whatsapp number for us to contact them for assistance but when we contacted them there was no response through the number provided (No texts. No return calls). However, if you do message them via Roombookings chat, they do respond promptly so this might be the way to contact them effectively. A very minor request is I would suggest to have more pillows since the ones in the apartment were too soft and needs more for neck support
