The stairs to the apartment are a killer. We also had an issue on arrival with the key code not working. Many attempts to contact the manager made for a stressful situation, which eventually got sorted. Then the cleaner turned up while we were still there and didn’t even knock??

It is located on the 3rd floor without a lift. Not suitable for people with mobility problems.

Not even coffee, there was nothing there.

1.Do not expect any help from the owner/management. You won't be able to reach them. They do not offer any assistance and I wonder if they exist. Neither do they answer your messages or telephone calls. The telephone number indicated on Booking.com brings you to the answering machine. Their readiness to help at any time sounds more like a bad joke, espesially when you really need help and it is 00:00 at night. 2.The building has one entrance but several staircases. One of them is in the yard. Make sure you choose the right staircase before you start carrying up the luggage to your room. There is no elevator and the owner does not answer the phone. We found the directions at the entrance to be quite unclear. Luckily we got help from one of the tenants - thanks to this lady we finally found our room. 3.The pillows are a disaster - bring your own one if you can.
