“Got scammed”

The best

When i made the booking i. got sold the room as a 40m2 when i got there they told me at the front desk its 20 m2 plus the terrace i don’ understand how can false advertise like this. The room was definitely to small and i will complain about this to get my refund !! Cause its not normal to give me a room half small from the one i booked!!!

Wow wow wow! This place is absolutely amazing! So clean and cosy. Amazing views and exceptional staff.

To be improved

It was very very expensive. €125 for a Shisha, €11 for still water, €10 for a Coke, €29 for a sandwich. Everything was very very high priced

“See you next year”

The best

I always stay at this hotel when I come to Ibiza and as always it was perfect. A beautiful cake waited for me in the room as they knew I came for my birthday. I asked to change the room at my first night they straight away changed me to the best location in the hotel, the rooms have been renewed and were beautiful and comfortable

“How quickly can I get back 😆🍒”

WOW 🍒 WOW ♥️ WOW 🍒 Just left after 5 unbelievable days. This place has changed & for the best. It’s absolutely stunning the vibes are calm and chill music by the pool is so so good, let’s you relax but just enjoy the vibes of the beautiful location. The staff are absolutely fantastic and by far best on the island. They are all so so happy to help and also chat and can recommend things. The new management and ownership have blown me away. So sad to leave but know I’ll be back as soon as possible. The rooms, the food and everything is absolutely spotless clean. Best hotel on the island 🏝️ Then you can head to Pacha the sound system is beyond and best DJs ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

It was clean and open the room was loverly.

It was very pricey, maybe abit to pricey the staff weren’t to inviting and looked unhappy, not all of them but quite a few of them
