It had a very particular, quite strong smell. I assume it used to be a vet clinic or a pet shop

can't open the curtains or windows as there is no privacy as glass doors are from top to bottom. Perhaps installing shutters would be beneficial

“Comfortable, nice flat”

The best

It is very comfortable for a couple, the flat has everything that you would need for a few days. 2 small grocery stores are next door. The closest beach is 10 minutes walk away, the center of the town is about the same distance.

To be improved

Parking was not easy, hard to find free spaces.
