Location, flat was spacious, good washing machine.

To be improved

No air conditioning so very hot and no internet access, was given no wifi information and then when requested was given wrong information so could not connect which was annoying.

“Nice accommodation with a major uncertainty factor”

Good location close to subway. Recently built / renovated.

To be improved

- There is no reception or front desk, so if guests in another apartment get very drunk, get back to their apartment and continue yelling and drinking around 2 a.m. you will have to deal with them yourself. Same goes if their friends are also shitfaced and try to enter your apartment by mistake. - TV in the next apartment in mounted directly behind your bed on the other side of the wall. This is stupid design choice by the renting company. Same as before, you have to deal with it yourself, no company reps onsite. - The apartment has a huge kitchen cabinet set with like 10 pots and skillets, but you don’t have decent place to unpack your clothes neither near entrance nor in the bedroom. - Electronic lock is not very convenient, you need to keep your phone charged and have internet access. It also likes to close one more time in about 5 minutes after you close the door with a very loud noise, I did not get used to it in 3 days. - There is some road noise as well, but it is pretty minor, doesn’t get drunk and shout in German at 2 a.m., so it is ok I guess.

Bright apartment, clean, modern furniture, appliances etc. Quiet, good location (across the road from Deusto metro station)

To be improved

It is a bit unsettling that the the only way to get in is using phone with internet - but it worked fine.

This apartament there are on really good place. This is comfortable cozy block where live locals, have many shops. On the ground floor in this building we will have small art gallery. Staff for this hotel was so helpful and we can leave our storage before check in

To be improved

It wasn't a problem for me. But the TV in the next apartments is installed exactly on the wall adjacent to your bed
