“Exceptional”
The best

The apartment has everything you need to rest and cook (though not work since there is no proper desk and chair). The Consum supermarket is within walking distance. The beach is very close and beautiful at sunset. The sunset is also visible from the balcony - on the mountain. The neighbourhood was very quiet (out of active season).

To be improved

The place is quite far from the active city, and the buses to the city are very rare and not always on schedule. I walked to the city several times (around 60 minutes if there was no rush).
