“Excellent ultra-modern apartment in beautiful Seville”

The apartment has very comfortable beds, is perfectly clean, has a well-equipped kitchen with everything, both appliances and dishes. The apartment is very conveniently located, there is a paid parking lot under the windows (be careful, pay regularly, because the employees come every 30-45 minutes and hang fines). There is an underground parking nearby, which in my opinion is quieter, although more expensive. You can walk to the center of magnificent Seville (about 25 minutes). I will warn you right away that I myself really love new technologies and various digital remote things, but in order to get into the apartment we had to go through a small quest and we were not able to do it through the application, which we disciplinedly installed on our smartphone, according to the owner's instructions. Only after a regular call to the mobile, the owner opened the doors for us remotely, after which, having already taken possession of the physical keys made of the metal familiar to us, we freely closed and opened the front door. In the apartment itself I would like to note the seemingly ordinary shower, but very modern)) Intuitively and after a few minutes I managed to set up the water source, the desired temperature and pressure)). And I was not able to use the microwave oven, it asked me to make too many settings before heating up a glass of milk)). But, nevertheless, I highly recommend this apartment, because it is ideal in price-quality, very clean, with comfortable beds and location. The owner is responsive and ready to help.

To be improved

A very complicated way to get into an apartment via a mobile app. We never passed this test. The owner opened the apartment for us... also remotely))

The keys at the beginning was a very easy process and extremely flexible, I loved the apartment in general but I want to highlight the crib the set up, the amazing shower setting and the nespresso machine.

To be improved

There was building workers in the front but sure, it happens.
