“Cosy, well-equipped apartment in central Alicante”

The apartment is well maintained, centrally located, and has a nice touch in decorations. We had everything we needed prepared by Alejandro - bedding, kitchen stuff, towels (including beach towels), toiletries (shampoo, douche gel, conditioner), and things for cleaning (vacuum cleaner, dishwasher, washing machine, etc.) Oh, and cold beer and coke in the fridge at our arrival was a very welcome surprise :-) The air conditioner is very quiet and helps a lot when it's over 30°C outside (we used it at night), while the balcony with a table and chairs is perfect for a glass of wine in the evening. The bedrooms are facing the backside of the building and are very quiet. The apartment is centrally located - we could walk to most attractions, the market, shopping, and restaurants. We took the L4 metro from the Mercado station to the San Joan beach and enjoyed it very much. Communication with Alejandro was very easy (WhatsApp) and replies to our questions came promptly. Thank you, Alejandro, for an enjoyable stay!

To be improved

Using the hot water system needs a bit of practice :-) For someone with health issues, the apartment might be difficult to reach as there is no elevator in the building.

“Lovely and spacious apartment”

The best

Lovely and spacious apartment, two bathrooms, pretty quiet and very clean. Everything you need is available and more, including spices, nice welcoming drinks and snacks, iron board. Decorated nicely and communication with owner was superb. Location is great, plenty of places to eat close by, 15 min walk to the beach but also close to pubs, restaurants, shops, museums, everything is just a few minutes walk away.

To be improved

This is not a negative however worth mentioning that tv does not have Netflix or we just couldn’t figure it out. And there is no lift, not a problem for us but may be for people with mobility issues.
