Everything was brand new and the it was decorated very stylish.

To be improved

Hot water in bathroom was not working, had to wait until the next day for it to get maintained. A garbage can was not provided until the following day when the host was contacted. Wi-Fi password provided was incorrect and did not receive correct password until day after check in. Clothes washer was not getting water to it, so did not function. This did not get fixed because it was a weekend. The bathroom faucet pipe was leaking. No storage in bathroom for toiletries. Grout of tile was not completely set, leaving lots of dust on new floor, and the grout looked messy in some places. Refrigerator door was very heavy, causing the entire refrigerator to tip forward. Kitchen utensils are stored in same area as water heater, and completely exposed to it. No hairdryer provided (even though many kitchen appliances were). No dish soap or sponges available to clean dishes. The location was not ideal. It was noisy having a storefront door and window on the street level. The wall is also right next to the adjacent building's elevator and stairwell. While trying to sleep, you can hear the elevator going up and down, and you can hear people on the stairwell talking, or opening and closing the door. Getting sleep was very difficult. It was very obvious that we were the first to use this place, there were a lot of issues that should have been looked at during construction prior to allowing anyone to stay here. It was pretty inconvenient.
