To be improved

This was the worst accommodation I have ever encountered, and I travel frequently. I don't even know where to begin; it was a horrible experience. The smell of raw sewage was overwhelming, and mosquitoes kept us awake all night. The apartment was on the ground floor, with no daylight, which made it feel like we were in a mouldy, cold basement. The mattress and pillow were awful; a camping bed would have been more comfortable. The double bed was so small. There was no kettle available. I can't believe someone would live there. Fortunately, we were only there for one night, but I would have been seriously worried about my health if we had stayed any longer.
