“Nice stay”

The best

What I liked about the property was the silence, and the variety of appliances available, most especially the washing machine and the towel heater rack. There’s fast wifi too. There’s supermarket, and train station nearby well. Our stay was comfortable and I enjoyed it.

To be improved

What I didn’t like about the property was the TV, I thought it was smart TV. And on the day of our check-out (which was 11am, I said it beforehand and they approved), the cleaning staff came knocking on our door very early (around 9:30am) and disturbing us and opening the door with their key. It was frustrating and uncomfortable because I was bathing. I think there was a lack of communication between the management and the cleaning staff.

“Excellent apartment!!”

The best

The property was super clean, bright, comfortable and spacious. It truly felt like home away from home. The apartment is located in an excellent area less than a block away from stores and restaurants/coffee shops. I would highly recommend this property for anyone looking to stay in Madrid.
