The water never got hot! It was was not even warm or room temperature. A freezing shower at the end of a long day was not pleasant. The contract must be used for different properties because it was very confusing if you had to enter the hostel before 11pm and possibly pay 40€ in fees for late check in after 10pm? There was no front desk so we were just hoping our code to get it would work and luckily it did

Soap and shampoo are cheap as everywhere, the shower door was weird but fine for a hotel, shower not magnificent, a bit small, but for this price ok, pillows meh

The place is so incredibly noisy. Every time a person enters the main door or exits, the door slams and you get a beeping sound. Similarly, every time someone unlocks a room it beeps. This is so extremely inconvenient when you're on a work trip and need some proper sleep but you get woken up by random guests coming back at night. (Not blaming them, blaming the stupid beeping). It would be so easy to remove the sounds and just leave the light indicator for the door to be open, but somehow no-one has done this. Surely, if tehowners had spent a single night in their own place they would have realised the inconvenience of this system. Also, the door unlocking using your smartphone only works at random times and sometimes you need the code instead, and it's overall not very reliable. Specifically, coming right after the spanish electricity shutdown, we would have appreciated some old school key (that is noiseless and reliable) instead of this fancy unreliable unlocking service (that requires you to have internet access which not everyone does). In any case, very convenient location, if it's what you're after go for it. If you need quality sleep, try another place. Also, I had some issues with my booking through Booking.com and when contacting the place, who told me to book through their website directly. Never managed to access the website... Furthermore, they kept giving me circular answer "see with Booking directly" when Booking was sending me back to them. Could be improved.

Nothing

I am nitpicking here, but when someone enters his/her room, the door lock makes strong beeps that can be heard through the thin walls. Another point: It would be nice if there were some plates, forks and knives in the common kitchen.

The room is small but normally one does only stay there for sleeping.
