Unfortunately communication with the host has been an issue for the whole trip. I had to follow-up numerous times to get an answer on the possibility to drop the luggages before the check-in time. Although this was granted, it has been impossibile to open the apartment door before the check-in time. During the stay, the was a water issue on neighbourhood-level. I wrote to the host seeking for guidance and never got response. I called the phone number provided and I was told that they were not supposed to give assitance to this particular apartment.

There is only one small fan heater

It could be little cleaner but it was fine .

Very bad customer service, there is no direct contact with the staff (just emails), and they take much time to answer your emails. The phone number they put on booking is wrong. They don't send a WhatsApp message to the client 1 day before the stay like everyone does. I had many problems to check-in in because this lack of communicatioThere is no No light in the reception. There is no No air conditioning in the rooms just in the reception. Water problems in the shower.
