The best

The breakfast was diverse, and very tasty. The pool and amenities were superb. The presidential suite was to die for backed by the terrace view of the property and the beach. We will be back again and again.

To be improved

Upon entering the bathroom for the first time, it smelt a bit "stale" as if there was backed up sewerage. It wasn't necessarily a foul smell but more like a stale spell.

Amazing helpful kind staff !!! Huge property with all the amenities ..very clean and an amazing spread of a breakfast each morning !

To be improved

Didn’t know how to use the amenities in the kitchen. You could go buy food at the store for your lunch and supper but heating things up was a problem

Far walk into town and bus stop. Further to downtown Valencia then I thought . Repetitive breakfast. Would have been nice to have someone at a front desk when we had questions .

“Location, room space, bed, pool area. Housekeeper was very nice and friendly. · Cons: Everything that related to the booking and check-in. I could recommend this hotel only if you have an infinite amount of free time to spend chatting with them, are not afraid to pay via unknown third-party services, and don't care about your personal data. Ah, and also, if you don't mind sharing the air conditioner with the other room. 1. I provided a credit card during booking, but they claimed they couldn't charge it (dozens of hotels that I booked on Booking.com can, but this one can't for some reason), so they forced me to pay via some third-party service. 2. They claimed they couldn't send the link to the payment in the Booking.com message system and insisted on moving communication to email or WhatsApp. 3. Three times I had to repeat that I don't have WhatsApp, because this phrase was too difficult to be understood the first two times. 4. I had been waiting for 1,5 weeks for them to send me the payment link; they sent it at 20:30 on Friday night and tried to cancel my booking three hours later, because obviously I should have immediately dropped everything I was doing and paid them. 5. I spent like 15 minutes completing check-in in their online system one week before arrival, only to receive a message from them one week later saying they lost my data and needed me to send it again. At 22:00 at night. Actually, I'm very concerned about how they treat my personal data: if they can lose it so easily, how easily will they reveal it to hackers? 6. When we arrived, the air conditioner wasn't working. They fixed it around 23:00 at night. We set it to 26 degrees (which is, in my opinion, a quite reasonable temperature when it's +35 outside), but it turned out that our air conditioner was shared between our room and the next one. The next day, hotel personnel were bothering us the whole morning, asking us to set the temperature to 20 degrees to prepare the other room for a guest's arrival.”

“We had a lovely quiet few days. Just what we needed! Really enjoyed the pool area & the close proximity to the beac”

Very quiet & peaceful in beautiful garden. Rooms a great size. Drinking water on site was huge bonus as shops a bit of a walk!
