The checking in process is overly complicated and means that only one person can get you into the apartment because you have to use your phone. A lock box and key would make it much easier. The main issue that we had was that there were not enough blinds or coverings for the windows and the ones there were completely ineffective so my husband and son both slept very badly as once the sun came up light flooded all of the bedrooms. This is something that should definitely be improved upon.

The water heating could not handle more than 1 bath a day and we were in 6 adults + 2 children. We were not informed about that, so the first shower ended up with one of the children in a completely cold shower. Later, we found out they have a timer in the boiler to prevent it from heating the water during the day, so basically the water was completely cold once we returned from our daily walks and only one person could shower. Worst experience ever, even worse, because we had two small children with us. They should have warned us somehow.

The c/in asking us to download an App and all the instructions in Spanish were not helpful at all and if it wasn't for our friend that spoke Spanish and called them to get the entrance code we would have been in trouble. The pictures of the apartment did not reflect the actual apartment which is poorly furnished and old style with poor maintenance issues. It appears to be managed / owned by nice folks but that have not kept up with today's standards and clients' expectations. For the rate we paid you can do much better elsewhere.
