“Wonderful pre main season stay for a couple”

Everything was amazing! The room was spacious and we had everything we needed, the staff very friendly, the food great and the beach location was a 10/10 (it was nicer than on the pictures)

“A relaxing and beautiful week away”

The staff were wonderful and so friendly, especially Maya who made us feel very welcome. Our room was spacious. quiet and had a superb sea view. We really enjoyed the yoga and aqua aerobics and the evening entertainment every day. The food was delicious, always so fresh and the best omelettes I've ever had. The gym was small but always clean and had a good range of equipment considering. I've seen reviews complaining about the seating but we never felt uncomfortable. There are plenty of blankets available in the pool bar and main bar if anyone did want to pad out their chair but honestly feel this was very picky of previous reviewers. We enjoyed playing crazy golf on the roof of the shopping centre opposite (5 euros each) and had a good walk to the shopping centre near Playa El Veril a couple of times too. As a female couple it can be difficult (and a bit scary) to go to a place not knowing how you will be treated but everyone was very kind and we never felt out of place or unwelcome by anyone, including the other guests.

To be improved

We went to the spa but it was too busy to be enjoyable (despite us booking) and I found an elastoplast in the pool in there which was grim. Offering vegan yoghurt or vegan ice cream would have been really good in terms of food. We'd have loved some fresh drinking water in our room every day and a better range of tea and coffee in the room, but the housekeepers did a fantastic job otherwise.

Proximity to the beach and walkway was excellent. Breakfast was very good with a huge variety of food and freshly squeezed juices.
