Very late check-in, and no one answered the phone beforehand. There was no free safe parking - I have messages stating that they can not guarantee as they have only 4 places ,when in reality it's on-street parking . There are works being done on the beach, so it's not a nice sight. The pool was closed for whichever reason and no information of it from anyone. No groceries shop around or anything really, no toiletries in the bathroom (except hand soap), nor coffee in the kitchen, just a bottle of water . :-/ Place is locked until Manoli lets you into the complex, so you can't even go in for the toilet . Disappointing, especially for the price they are charging.

“Uninspiring.”

The best

It was a suitable location for my trip , comfortable bed, property clean.

To be improved

Facilities all closed up including pool. Access to site very poor and looks cheap, timber gate to access reception area. Had to organise someone to collect keys before 9pm deadline. No safe parking , limited space on street or use beach parking. Very basic.

“Apartment with nice sea view from the terrace. You can go directly to the beach from the apartment. There is many free parking spaces near the resort. In the apartment you can find everything you need for a nice stay.”

“Family holiday”

The best

Pool is great Complex very clean Straight out onto beach Beach bar and restaurant next door very good 20 mins walk to lovely Port 25 min drive to Gibraltar

To be improved

Apt 21 The electricity tripped out regularly The wardrobe was completely warped due to water damage. Doors did not close There are not enough blankets Very restricted view of sea

“Located at the beach with nice surroundings. Good planning of the balcony's so it felt very private even though there are many apartments. Good space for two persons. · Cons: The refrigerator was full of old food when we got there, we had to clean it first thing. The apartment was nice but the building is old and there was an unpleasant smell from the pipes that came and went throughout the day.”

“The apartment was clean and with space enough for a family of 4. · Cons: There were no sheets for one of the beads. It was fixed in the second day. The kitchen didn't had any towels. The swimming pool only opens at 12p.m.”
