“Disappointing service”
To be improved

The property was closed on our arrival. We were waiting and trying to make contact with somebody for more than hour without success. Then someone arrived to check us in. Only Spanish spoken on the spot. Despite our ask to serve breakfast earlier we had to leave without breakfast.

The best

Hotel: Situated in a small quiet town Staff: Very cheerful, friendly and helpful. We were instantly made to feel at home Room: Large and clean. It was a cold night but the room was warm and cozy Bed: very comfortable, extra pillows and blanket provided in the wardrobe Bathroom: Contained everything we needed, toiletries were of good quality there was underfloor heating, the shower worked well and there was lots of hot water Breakfast: Large with lots of variety. Some of the items were homemade WiFi: Worked well from our room and included in the price Car park: Secure and included in the price We will definitely stay here again.

To be improved

We had difficult locating the Hotel as the name was not displayed on the front of the building, it was positioned on the side. The bath was very deep which proved difficult for us to step in and out of (we are both 80+ years old).

“I loved staying here. It's like staying in a family house but with everything a good hotel has. Everything was really clean, the bed was comfortable and the breakfast was really good. They have a free closed parking lot also.”

“Potentially the best value for money hotel I have ever had.”
The best

The lady who I assume owns the property was extremely friendly and helpful, a lovely woman. The room and entire building was very pleasant, very traditional but very good quality. If I am in the area again I won't hesitate to book myself in here.

To be improved

There's very little I could criticise. I only booked here as I was passing through on a drive from Germany to Portugal, and it was the best priced hotel on my route, and the town may not be a huge metropolis for holiday makers, but it's a very friendly place with some lovely buildings.
