“Great holidays with my family”

The best

The apartment is spacious and comfortable,in great location,views from the balcony are amazing. Beds are comfortable,kitchen is well equipped. AC in the living room is working good.the swimming pool is great, very big with clean water.

To be improved

The smell in the bathroom,we did everything,but we couldnt get rid off it. Lack of AC in the bedroom,its only one in living room,but in bedroom,where children were sleeping it was really hot. Lack of luggage room.We had late flight back home and we had to pay extra 30 € for our luggage,we put it in the luggage lock near the Centre and had no place to change clothes after all day on the beach before going to Alicante airport. In previous apartments we could leave luggage in the building, take shower near the pool etc. Its problem when you travel with children. But apart from this,everything was amazing.

“Disappointing and not what was advertised.”

The bathroom smelt like a sewage works. Someone did come and temporarily fix the problem but the smell returned, It was disgusting and I could barely go in there as the smell was so bad. Also, the apartment clearly states that there is a swimming pool. Yes there is but the pool does not open until 1st June. Had I known this I would not have booked the apartment. False advertising. A very disapointing stay. Will not book with them agian.

“Superb Location, Fantastic views, Close to bars and restaurants what more could you want.”

The best

The location is fantastic, the view from the apartment across the Mediterranean is unreal. We slept well and spent a very relaxing time. We are both in our 70’s so use mobility scooters to get around and the fact that there are charging facilities at the building make a big difference. Highly recommended as a place to stay.

To be improved

There are two blown bulbs one in the bathroom and one in the balcony that we reported when we stayed in November, it’s a minor niggle but it’s a nighle. Otherwise there’s nothing we don’t like.
