DON PACO - Fincas Arena

The beds were uncomfortable and very dated. Tv didnt work and a lot of noise from other guests.

The air conditioning stuck on one setting and pool was out of order no staff to check u in you go somewhere else for the key and only get one key

The key collection I asked for them to be brought to door for €10 cash, arranged a week prior. Got to door of apartments rang for keys to be brought and got told they couldn't understand me and that I had to run to the office 20mins away before offoce shut for afternoon, leaving my baby and 3 cases with her dad. I got there emotional and out of breath to be told miscommunication and that it was on my booking that someone would bring the keys around!! Not a great start to our holiday. I cried walking back to my family.

had to go from one end of benidorm to the other to get the keys .with baggage the only way to do it was by taxi cab .not good after traveling and at a cost i booked through booking . com . with an office across the road .but they were no help at all .all in all i think the key situation needs sorting they are to far away from don paco to have to pick up and return the keys

bathroom needed updating and maintenance flush kept sticking and sink was too large couldn’t fit on the toilet. the pull out sofa bed was worn out. the pool was out of order but when booking this was not the case not when i was booking.
