The best

Room was very nice very clean, breakfast was good, drinks at the hotel were very reasonability price. Staff were lovely & helped us phone the airport when my husbands case didn't arrived, they arranged to have it delivered to the hotel :). They also advised us how to get to the centre of Madrid by bus which cost us 1.50 euro instead of 25 Euro by Taxi.

To be improved

The room had no view, just an ivy covered wall

Amazing building that make you feel staying in a palace. Very dedicated, attentive and helpful staff who attends to your needs.

An elegant small hotel near Chamartin train station. Beautifully decorated. Quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was superb.
