- Location - proximity to private beach - Private beach - never busy 👍🏻 - Out door pool - never too busy - Air conditioning in each room - Appt decor/Theme - Shower in each room - Appt well equipped, Iron, Iron board etc - New arrival starter pack

- No oven - medium inconvenience for Family of 4 - No full length mirror (would be helpful 😀)
