Awful service lost all our money... Avoid

They refused to help us until right to the last minute after alot of stress and no refund over £200, they did not discose it was a 40 minute round walk there and back to get keys for the apartment. After a 3am flight and one guest being 70 and the other disabled unable to walk and with suitcases and luggage. After numerous contacts like every couple of days of asking them to help us or give full refund they agreed to get keys to us 4 days b4 flying, but we had lost hope in thinking these were decent people and decided to not go and lost over £200. They refused to cancel our booking knowing our special circumstances and refused refund although they had 3 weeks to rebook the apartment and resell to someone else. If they had just helped us from the start by agreeing to get the keys to us, it would of saved us a lot of stress. We lost money,time and our holiday.
