The location is great. Easy walking distance to beach and restaurants. Comfortable for family of 4. Great value for the money.

To be improved

The self-check in process was a little complicated because my cellular data was really slow, so I didn’t receive all the information before arriving. It was my fault, and it all worked out. But make sure you get all the information downloaded the day before. Also, apartment has a little bit of a musty smell.

“Great place for 2!”

The best

The apartment was clean and comfortable. The kitchen area was adequate with plenty of utensils. The bed was comfortable and whilst the bathroom was small, the shower was good. The apartment was great for 2 people but think it would be cramped with 4 especially if they were all adults. There was some shelves and hanging space for clothes but this was limited. Location a brisk 20 minute walk, on the flat, into town or there are regular buses across the road. Owner very easy to communicate with.

To be improved

Whilst there is free parking this is in an underground car park aprox 200 meters away and there is no legal parking in the road outside of the apartment. This made loading and unloading tricky. Check in details were provided but found these difficult to follow as the house has no name sign and there are multiple buttons to press for entry. Fortunately a local spanish person helped us by speaking to the owner on the phone and we eventually got in. See photos of the entrance and button to press for entry.

“Good host, great location, small unit.”

Very responsive host, gave specific and easy instructions to follow, check-in was painless. Great parking nearby, excellent location. Accommodating of a crib.

To be improved

Paper thin walls, I could hear the next door neighbor cough and argue on the phone. Very small unit on a first floor that is and feels way too small, the unpainted concrete support beams with some rusted reinforcement bars whether a design or structural concern makes it worse IMO. Asked host to leave on the first night and get a refund, but this was denied and we decided to stay and just try to sleep on the unit. I regret not reserving somewhere else, especially the not-so-cheap full rate of €98 per night.
