location, staff, great rock n roll hotel, lovely pool area and right on beach

To be improved

silence around pool till 2pm, was desperate for a bit of background music but none, apparently the government doesn’t allow but i walked past many other hotels that had light music on

The best

Location was amazing. Right on the beach, and In Bossa. Parking is handy. Great styling. It’s super quiet in the day time and very chill. Staff are lovely and helpful. Breakfast was small but tasty. It’s pleasant to look at that it has a theme. If I had my time again, I’ll book a villa or apartment for two.

To be improved

I got badly electrocuted by a light by the pool. Told maintenance and didn’t even get a free drink or a thank you for it. The doors bang so much at night. We had a hen party and big groups move in which made it super noisy at night which meant it was hard to sleep if you didn’t go out. Reception didn’t do much to help quieten it down because “ you’re in Ibiza”. Not everyone wants to party every night! Ongoing Maintenance let it down. Things need replacing not patching. It was expensive for what it was.

lovely room with balcony, beds comfy. staff for amazing so helpful & friendly.

the only thing i would say is the yellow wire chairs were uncomfortable.

The hotel was beautiful, the pool and location excellent. Gorgeous aesthetics

The air conditioning wasn't brilliant, but the room was a suite and most of the air conditioning points were located on the lounge area and so the bedroom didn't feel particularly cool
