Small shower cubicle in the main bathroom was the only thing.

Spotty internet (constant problems trying to stay hooked) They did not offer to change our towels (they have a washing machine: are we supposed to do their jobs -without any detergent provided-???)So: same towels for 8 days! Host: pleasant enough ... by the law of the minimum effort. On arrival her demeanor was: anything else? anything else? like she wanted to get out of there ... pronto!! and then she did not contact us not one single time while we were there (need to change towels, for example?) They provide a lot of cleaning stuff and nothing in terms of courtesy provisions. I got the message: keep the place clean and don't bother us about having some coffee/tea or sugar. No much courtesy happening at this place. The parking garage: difficult to access (we never did, always parking on the street) The swimming pool was, plainly, part of the building decorations: there were so many restrictions that I never saw anyone ever in it or around it Officially there are water views, but lateral and quite small and far away! The view of the mountains were better!

Ninth floor challenging if you don’t like lifts although the lift did work fine.
