“a good hotel all round, annual festival on and lots of music and excitement etc but hotel quiet”

staff friendly and made you feel welcome all facilities were fine , clean comfortable room/bed, lots of space and nice decor, nice bathroom

To be improved

an issue on leaving with the secure parking, ticket didn't work and husband had to try to explain giving his details of room number and hotel details, he let him out eventually. road system a bit confusing in the town centre.
