“We enjoyed a good week in a lovely resort.”
The best

The hotel is right beside the beautiful Sardinero beaches and promenade. There are bars and restaurants close by, and cheap and frequent buses run into Santander centre. Our room was clean and comfortable. Hotel staff were pleasant and helpful.

To be improved

It was disappointing, given that this is a 4 star hotel, not to have tea, coffee and milk available daily in our room.

The best

Amazing hotel. Great price. Sea view . Only downside was the extremely overpriced breakfast buffet..cold bacon and eggs.. poor selection of continental.. Stayed 2 nights. Very quiet hotel and the location is amazing.but don't waste your money on the breakfast

The best

Staff were so helpful and friendly at all times .Always a friendly word of welcome or goodnight . Helpful when I ran into a little problem.left phone in taxi. Rooms were cleaned daily and spotless . And location was just perfect right across from beach and close to lots of bars and restaurants. Couldn't have been better 🙏

The best

The only thing that was OK was the restaurant at the hotel where we had dinner

To be improved

The room was extremely small, had strange bad smell, that wasn’t out even after several hours of open window. The mattress was not comfortable. No noise isolation between rooms at all. Shower hose was so short that it was difficult toplace the shower into the holder. Hotel declares that it has parking, but it doesn’t have. I spent about one hour to park my car. Restaurant and cafeteria at the hotel do not offer anything between 16:00 and 20:00. Ok, it is a common practice for restaurants and cafes in Spain, but hotel could arrange something for guests arriving between 15:30 and 19:00
