Sometimes wi-fi didn't work, especially in the mornings

The initial check in process isn't great. No in person reception and no one responded for several calls o get into building. Once inside the building itself no air con so quite uncomfortable. The shared space also no cooling has a refrigerator/ coffee machine and tables to sit- so its unpleasent to be there due to hot temperature-(july) no attempt to cool area-even a fan could work. I would prefer mini fridge in room and no TV. I would strongly avoid rooms that open to common areas due to thin walls/ doors. First day during midday siesta a person was on a loud work call for at least an hour- impossible to rest- every word can be heard. In general need to have some noise/music/ earplugs to muffle talking, door opening/slamming.

There was a sign written that only stays longer than 3 nights would get a change in towels. Because it is a self check-in, it was hard to talk to any staff. We stayed 4 nights but it never happened. One of the bed linen has some yellow stains. Kitchen appliances is only a small frigobar, only microwave and a paying coffee machine. Way to expensive for what it offers.
