Dormio Resort Costa Blanca Beach & Spa

First, we visited this place before booking. We wanted to have our dogs with us. We paid 90 euro for this. Our apartment was ok clean, not stellar as we noticed food residue on some pots. And the place smelled like cigarettes. The spa pool and sauna were on only twice the entire 20 day stay we were there. We asked for them to be turned on, yet it took hours to warm up. In March this is too cold. The elevator was broken the first 4 or 5 days we were there. I am disabled and was not aware that there was a way to catch another elevator by going through the garage and walking around. The entire place is laid out in a confusing manner. The cafeteria/mini store are open until 13:00, but if you want something at 12, it will depend on who is there working. One girl is flat out rude. And in Nuzza, the prices vary daily. And then when you point out the menu, they argue with you. So, I quit going. Was easier and better to just order Indian from Chilli Tandoori or cook ourselves. Lastly, our dogs tore a generic white sheer panel. Ask yourself how much these run here in Spain. Go ahead. Thinking 25? 40? Maybe even 80? Nope. Try 228 euro. This is after we offered to buy and install it. They said they wouldn’t match. How much different is a generic white sheer polyester panel? And the other panels were already damaged and smelled like cigarettes. So, we thought that they must be desperate for money. I told them that nothing in the entire Temu decorated apartment was 228. And I was right. So if you break anything, don’t mention to them. They won’t notice anyway

Beautiful location, clean and spacious apartments, sandy beach next door.

Disgusting place. We arrived after 10pm to find there were no keys in the box. reception didn’t answer the phone all night - it’s unsafe. I called 50+ times, no answer. We had to sleep outside. Staff are RuDE

The hotel is wonderful, truly a dream spot. The view was fantastic, and the atmosphere very relaxing. The room was spacious and perfect, with a beautiful terrace that had two dining tables and sun loungers. The staff are friendly and very willing to help. The pool is great for cooling off and playing with the kids. There is also a children's playroom with two attendants. Our 4-year-old daughter was absolutely delighted to spend a few hours there. Highly recommended!
