Nice gardens and good size apartment

It was not clean, I had to spend 2 hours cleaning. Generally tired and in need of a refresh. Access on arrival was difficult and keys didn’t work.

Close to the beach, new apartment in beautiful garden, terrace, premium sleep quality, free garage parking

To be improved

Only 2 large towels for 3 even despite request and delivery promise, no hot water first night without any compensation, light smell of cigarettes

The apartment was really well appointed with lots of things to make it feel like a home from home. The kitchen was extremely well equipped, outside area quite luxurious…all in all, couldn’t fault the accommodation. While the immediate area is basically residences, few if any restaurants, access to the local tea, including Sierra Nevada was very easy.

To be improved

Arrival and access to the apartment was a bit fraught. Check-in etc was via WhatsApp communication, which was, luckily responsive and helpful, but not until we had lost a lot of confidence in the access to our flat due to a delay in setting up the code lock. What seemed like a faulty lock turned out to be a delay in setting it, despite us messaging our arrival time. After that all was well and the electronic lock worked perfectly.
