Clean, safe, staff in the main helpful.

To be improved

Hotel remote, no regular bus, unless car rental had to use taxi, even to access the train station. Needs a few more shops, locally Spa areas not often staffed, information about the service inadequate.

The pool bar was very nice

It was a real shame that lake that is overlooked by the pool area is in such a disgusting state and is an eyesore and brings the whole resort down. This would have an influence in recommending the hotel to friends.

The pool area

The restaurant,the Bar in the hotel lacked Atmosphere. Difficult to navigate around the Hotel the place is very isolated.The golf club house is an absolute disgrace it lets the whole place down. We came to view Apartments with the intention of purchasing but sorry to say I wouldn’t touch the area. The buildings themselves are poorly maintained. There is a redundant swimming pool on view from the reception area that is a complete turn off
