Douris T is convenient to a Hermitage ruin, and an attractive walking path along the scenic Duero. Rooms are reasonably clean, and the strong smell of male sweat lingering in the room put my wife in an amorous mood.

To be improved

Better ventilation to disperse that sweaty stench. Also, while the sheets were unstained, they lacked the crisp freshness of newly washed fabric. Absentee management, no lighting in the downstairs entry/lobby, and no deadbolt or chain on the room door left us feeling less than fully safe. Construction on the road directly below our bedroom woke us up early each morning. No "mountain view" and TV in room was the smallest we've seen.

We chose because it was pet friendly

Many things 1 check-in process didn't work. 2 room had a storage space attached containing a ladder and other odds and ends 3 room was dirty , sheets appeared to be unchanged 4 small amount of toilet paper 5 bedside light defective 6 air con heater wasn't working We decided to leave, stayed at parador, tried to obtain a refund from booking.com without success. Truly a place to avoid
