“Fallen into a trap.”

To be improved

The flat should never be listed by Booking, because it doesn't have the minimum acceptable standards. Old, dirty, precarious, sink tap gushing water, shower with cold water, unhygienic conditions. Not to mention that we were given a flat completely different from the one we had booked. After much complaining, we were given another flat, which was just as bad.

Location - excellent Apartment is clean but needs freshening the paint in places and kitchenette needs updating Facilities - coffee, tea would be appreciated

To be improved

Some sockets are not fixed to the wall properly. Paints needs doing around the entire apartment. Coffee and tea would be appreciated. The keyless access can be complicated Access to the building is difficult. Bikes parked on the hallway, main door very narrow for suitcases and pram and it makes it really difficult to enter the building.

“Really bad experience , the owner gave us different apartment, he informed us the day before He sent us some pictures, on the pictures it looked good But the place was… terrible No windows, loud AC that didnt worked, terrible pillows and bed, first day no WIFi, we got wifi the next day, but it wasnt working well”

“Very nice accomodation at top location”

The best

The host was great - clear instructions and very responsive! The location was top. The apartment was well equipped and quite decent for the money we paid.

To be improved

A bit of refreshing (paint, deep cleaning) would be great.
