“A decent value for money option with a good location and helpful host”
The best

The host was very friendly, helpful, and easy to communicate with. The apartment was clean, had all listed essentials and most kitchen appliances were new. The kitchen was also stocked with useful basics like dishwasher tablets, garbage bags, salt, oil - which was very convenient. The location is great - close to the beach, city center, and supermarkets.

To be improved

The apartment felt a little more empty than the photos suggested and some amenities seemed included just to check boxes - like a small toy game console and a small TV. The building seemed old. There were a few visible cameras pointing at entry areas like doors and hallways - not in private spaces, but it still felt a bit uncomfortable.

“Clean and convenient to live, highly recommend”
The best

The apartment is very clean, cozy and super big. What I like most is the location, which is only 5mins walk away to the RENFE train station, the Anfiteatro, and the beach. A few steps away from Rambla Nova, and 8-10mins by foot to the Part Alta. Many restaurants aside, also a big supermarket SPAR. The host Miaoyin is so friendly and helpful that she responded us quickly when we had requests. In general, this is the best apartment I had stayed in Spain, highly recommended!
