“Amazing host, beautiful location, nice accomodation”

The best

We were greeted by Luciano who gave us all information. We wanted to see a flamenco show and Luciano recommended one and even helped us book it. It was a very good show and we enjoyed it a lot. The apartment itself was pretty spacious, comfortable and had all necessary facilities. Location was also very good, not far from bus station and also the Cathedral and Alcazar. There are plenty supermarkets around and lots of interesting restaurants. Highly recommend.

“Perfect location and very comfortable.”

The best

We had a little trouble getting to the parking and then the apartment with the construction on Zaragoza St. The host was easy to work with and we got there in the end. The apartment decoration and quality of details is a little iffy, but the location is tremendous and the apartment was overall very comfortable. We took a restaurant recommendation (Tapas Brunilda) and it was Tremendous (make a reservation....). The information left by the host was nicely done and helpful. He also helped us book a flamenco performance that was very enjoyable.

To be improved

There is not a lot of parking nearby and the construction on Zaragoza street made it more difficult to get around the apartment's area. It would have been helpful to give a simple set of instructions for the washing machine. Eventually, I was able to find a manual online to describe the functions and settings, but a simple set of the key settings would have been appreciated.

“Good location, well fitted out, but too dark.”

The apartment was well equipped with everything needed for a short stay. Its location is great for reaching most sights within minutes.

To be improved

The apartment doesn’t really provide daylight, as it is situated on the ground floor between two interior courtyards. I was ok with that, because I was most of all day, but for a nice stay, it is simply too dark. The photos posted online appear brighter than the reality. What did bother me was the unfriendly, patronising way in which the owner spoke to me, when I called to ask for some extra towels. Customer service should sound different.

The location. Of the apartment is excellent just close to Plaza Nueva so very close to most things in the city Apartment is very comfortable... Good size bed and comfort Extra linens and towels if needed Open double wardrobe There is a good size smart TV Excellent WiFi speed The kitchen with all amenities needed washer dishwasher fridge Coffee machine that takes Nespresso type pods and lso a kettle There is a complimentary tray with tea coffee pods etc Good size bathroom with shower Towels shower gel We had a great stay and hope to return

“Good choice for Sevilla”

Location was great. Apartment was clean. Staff quick to respond & very nice. Good water pressure for your shower. Nice basic supplies for bathroom & kitchen. Wifi worked great,which is very important when working remotely. Several options for restaurants or groceries right out the front door. Overall this is a great choice for your stay in Sevilla.

To be improved

Even though overall the apartment was clean there were some items that definitely need to be replaced. The couch was tore ,all snagged up & stained. As well as the chairs. Ironing board was all burnt from the iron and could stand to be replaced. The dishwasher was not working,however we did not call or I'm sure they would have been right on top of it. The apartment could stand better lighting in the kitchen. It was very dark when you were trying to cook. Although the air conditioner worked it wasn't the coldest.
