This complex is clean and serene a lovely calm environment and the staff where all so welcoming and friendly

The only thing I found was some of the fixings and furnishings are incredibly tired and feel like they are going to break but otherwise lovely

Nice and friendly staff. Very good food at the hotel restaurant. Close to the shops and about 10min walk to the beach but for a better beach need to drive.

To be improved

Problems with WiFi. Overpriced if not choosing all-inclusive. Matrasses need to be changed in the smaller rooms.

The swimming pool area was lovely and quiet

To be improved

Breakfast was awful, not much choice, and unhelpful staff. Had to complain about our room and hot tub as I didn’t get the room I booked. Hot tub was very old and tatty and was scalding hot and then didn’t work at all as it tripped the electric. Other areas of hotel were dirty.
